I'm not having another fricking argument with you derps about this because I've done it like 5 times this season and I'm about to walk my dog

but yes, you had multiple ACL injuries last year, correct?


ETA also, you have a tiny shitty S&C staff. Richt can change all the coaches he wants but he will never win a NC with Tereshinski and his sidekicks leading the S&C program

You really don't know shite about S&C in general or our staff in particular.

You're not entirely wrong about the size, we do need more staff there, but other JT2 we have some very well thought of S&C staff members. John Thomas and Sherman Armstrong are not shitty.

As for the exercises, there is really not any particular exercise you can do to directly strengthen a P/M/ACL. We could use some deceleration exercises to try and use better form to help against tears, but that isn't going to be a huge factor. I think it only really played a part in JSW's anyway.
