I hope the Texans get Manziel, and I don't think they'll be able to get him if they move out of the top 5. I am nearly certain Manziel will not drop out of the top 5.
Johnny has a decent arm, great-to-elite accuracy, great poise, great instincts, great speed, elite elusiveness, decent vision, elite work ethic, and elite mental toughness. I think he'll prove to be the best QB in this draft.
And he still has a lot of room to improve. He's nowhere near his ceiling. The only real worry about him is size and the ability to stay healthy.
