Chason Virgil's team put up 75 pts on Friday night. They are still unbeaten. The article I read didn't have any stats, but he threw a number of TD passes.

West Mesquite (Texas) High School (3-0) 75, South Garland (Texas) High School 27 - West Mesquite QB Chason Virgil was 13-of-16 for 222 yards with three touchdown passes and had six rushes for 40 yards; season stats: 71-of-96 for 980 yards with 16 touchdown passes, and 11 rushes for 89 yards and two touchdowns.

I really feel that connection was overplayed by the media. All of those guys (minus Jalen) will be in Oxpatch for the blowout.

I'm confused. Wasn't the whole reason Jalen Bates put off his decision day was to get in his visit to MSU first before deciding? Seems strange he is not on the list.

Eh, sets up well for us. They will see Bama destroy OM in Oxford and then be in Starkville next week to watch us put the cleats to Auburn.
