Never been any different. He's made us work hard and enjoyed the process thoroughly and hope he keeps doing it -- but the end result was always going to be the same IMO...

I thought the casing was supposed to end up the same color as the top of the tower at the end of the north side. That's like a gunmetal color and the board is still white.

I hadn't heard that. I like the color of it, I think. I also like the Mississippi State going up above the actual screen.

Looks nice. Still way too much solid/unbroken white on that end IMO...
Wouldn't be at all surprised to see Strick go back and add a bunch of brick in the offseason to spruce up the appearance a bit...

They are running behind. It won't be completed by season's start.

From last night from elsewhere. And to borrow the second post in that thread: "They'll never get the orange cones out in time".
This stuff is done for all intents and purposes. They may be putting finishing touches on for the next couple of days -- but judging by the construction cam, they've already migrated out most of the equipment and trash...

You do realize that these guys probably have major incentives involved to finish on time? The guys they hire to do these stadiums aren't the guys you hire to put shingles on your roof.

Yeah, Harrell has had a total of 200+ people going in 12 hour shifts around the clock 7 days a week for about a month now and were doing some inside work around the clock before. It's going to be "done" by the end of day tomorrow(public tours on Sunday).
