OM's 2013 glass was the perfect storm - having the #1 players brother on campus already, and also having #1 WR best friend. Everyone was blowing Freeze - "best recruiter ever". Last year is about what you can expect. 8ish local 4*s (none of this 5* GA guy anymore). Everyone is talking about OM 2016 class now. Might be a shocker, but I don't see the hype. They have 3 commits, 2 from Oxford, one 30 minutes away.
Our class will finish up like this:
1. 4* Leo
2. 4* Adams
3. 4* Campbell
4. 4* Darryl Williams
5. 3* Bates
6. 3* Danley
7. 3* Derouen
I see 14* 4 stars (2 will get bumped).

Having 7 more commits puts us at 33?
So that means that we assume Peirce and Cooper don't make it to campus and one other has to count back right?

How many guys will see a bump from 4 to 5*? I assume peters and Leo?

A lot will depend on performance this season. Those two guys could definitely see bumps though.

I really think it is because he hasn't been very active on the camp scene, and therefore hasn't been as thoroughly evaluated like some other guys have. I think he eventually gets that 5th star

His highlight tape is straight up violent. He's definitely got the wow factor to earn that 5th star. Peters has the potential as well, although I think he lost a point on 247 when the did their last ranking change for some reason. Patterson could as well.
I think Leo has the best shot of the group, though.
I'll be interested to see if any of our current 3* guys get the bump up as well. Seems like we've got a handful of fellas that could make the jump.

Wutttt? Our class last year was just as good as the 2013 class. The only thing missing from our 2014 class was the element of surprise. Don't kid yourself by thinking Freeze didn't do just as good last class. In my eyes, he did better. I am nervous about this class though. Freeze will show how great of a recruiter he is, because he was dealt a 7-2 offsuit going up against a pair of Aces in this years recruiting circuit.

That's because you're in denial. Our 2016 class, instate-wise, will be identical to MSU's 2015 instate class. And this upcoming instate class is one of the more loaded classes of all-time.

The class is loaded. About as loaded as this one. You aren't going to dominate it though.

Not sure Peters gets a 5th star unless he is moved to an ath. I think he is going to grow into a LB

I just don't see us not getting Fletcher adams. HIs brother may have deleted the tweet but he was talking about MSU turning into the DL university and said something along the lines of "I know @fletcheradams is going to dominate it"
