I've got my fingers crossed that either Ferg or Dobbs really shows out and takes the reins for the next few years. We have weapons galore starting this year on offense and the only thing that can hold us back is shitty quarterback play.

Worley is tough and we shouldn't hate on him but this offense is severely limited with him at QB. I'm praying that one of the young guys step up because if it's close in the fall, I'd bet that Butch starts Worley. At least for the first few games.

Worley did a good job passing the ball, but he was never a threat to run the ball...so the zone/read is wasted on him.

I think Ferguson is going to have to kill it starting yesterday to beat out Dobbs and Worley for the starting spot going into the Utah St. game. it's going to be tough to play a guy with no starting experience over 2 guys that both have in game reps unless he blows it out of the water. That being said, I'd be fine with him being able to do that, him or Dobbs. Worley seems like a good guy, but he doesnt bring the read option threat to the offense like its designed for and he doesn't have a cannon to sit back an sling it to make up for the lack of the run threat. Hard situation. Cant wait for The spring game to get here and see what they look like with a full year of S&C and a uear with the scheme.

Fox Sports has Fergy as one of the Top 10 breakout RS freshmen in the country this year. Article said he was taking in 6000 calories a day to put on the weight. Rucker said he definitely passes the eye test for gaining 10-15+ lbs since he got on campus
