My biggest concern about this hire is Lane's attitude. Has he really changed? The most self destructive thing about Lane is he has a "sense of entitlement." I have seen many people become humbled after being shite canned. I am in sales and I have known people who thought they would never be laid off or fired because they are so much better than everyone else. Getting shite canned can change your life, I have seen it.

You may be right. He may have seen the light. But this isn't the first time he's been run out of California.
