I believe he is coach that can take programs to the NCAA tourney but i'm not sure he is a coach that can take programs to the final four and win a title.

I feel for y'all. I'l repeat what I said 2 years ago. He's a good coach. But he has flaws.

He is stubborn to a fault - he runs his system, and doesn't seem to have the ability to adjust it when it's not working. His teams will keep at that system, doing the same things, even when it's not working, that that will make you want to scream. And the problem with running a system is that other teams will eventually figure it out. So unless you have the perfect personnel for your system, and they're always better than the other guys on the floor, it'll eventually catch up to you because he will not adjust it.

His teams also fall apart on the road. It's inexplicable. Jekyll and Hyde. They will always drop a couple of road games that they shouldn't - it's a hallmark of his teams.

Like I said, he's a good coach. He will get you back to the tournament, and you'll have some good years. His teams will be exciting, and infuriating - all at the same time. But if you're looking to get back to Final Fours, I'm not sure he's your guy.

Not to say we have a guy that can do that either.

You also just described Kevin Stallings at Vanderbilt. Except he can't even win a single NCAA tournament game unless he has 3 future NBA guys. Both should be fired. We suffer with you in this case, Arky
