if Craig fricking Biggio has HOF numbers (and he'll eventually get in) i would say that Belle does

You are comparing apples to grapefruits. Again, Albert/Joey was a power hitting OF. Biggio was a middle IF. No middle IF is going to put up OF numbers. Albert/Joey had a good major league career. He will never sniff the HOF, unless he buys a ticket to go in.
