1. Muffed punts
2. Blown coverage in 1st half
3. Blown coverage on final drive
4. Not looking when ball was snapped on final drive
5. PI on final drive
6. TD on final drive

I'm not picking on the kid or anything but, either his position coach wasn't watching him or he had the worst series of plays in the history of a MNC game.

Has his coverage been that bad all year? Would like honest reply, thanks. ..and no, I don't bet on football games.

He has been the hero for a few weeks and followed it up with one of the worst performances he could possibly have.

Deion Sanders gave up a touchdown or two. I thought Davis had a good game defensively and a terrible game on special teams. Davis was out manned and held his own for most of the night

He did have a nice punt return that set up a TD, but he's never been a great cover guy. FSU was a tough matchup for our secondary, but the guys stepped up.

Definitely a bad game for the kid, but there's plenty of blame to go around. Left a lot of points on the field. WDE anyways!

He's been sporadic all year. He'll make an outstanding play on the ball, and then blow the coverage on the next play, but no, I can't remember him having that bad of a game this year. He did a great job overall in coverage last night though, just made a few crucial mistakes.

Overall, the DBs have improved this year. Johnson can only do so much with them in one season.

Thanks. The AU defense was nails for 3 1/2 quarters and I thought played well enough to win. I hate the fact that Shame-us Winston will go down as the hero but, AU did let some chances slip away.

Also another dumb decision was attempting to return that last kickoff. Not saying they would've won, but if you get it at the 25 with :11 left and 2 timeouts, complete a short pass, timeout, complete a longer pass, timeout, then attempt a long arse field goal to tie it.

Instead you get the ball at the 16 with 8 seconds left. Again not saying they would've won but the chances were better if he kneels it.

Agree. He right play is taking the ball at the 25 with no time gone.

I hate it for him too, because he's a really good kid and had such a great year. That blown coverage/tackle on that long pass play on FSU's last drive was an absolute killer. I really think if he makes that tackle, we win that game.

curse of sports illustrated cover. He and Ricardo were on the cover, and some bad things happened to both in this game.
Regardless of all that, I believe both of them, as well as all the other Auburn players, played their hearts out all season, and will go down in history as one of, if not the, greatest comeback stories in college football, despite coming up short last night.
They will always be respected by this Auburn fan, that's for sure!
