Two golf courses. One 18 holes the other 9.

Plenty of condos to rent. If you want to be near the lake, stay on the island. Good family vacation spot. Close enough to Branson that you can set a day aside to go up there and shop, eat, catch a show or whatever.

Eureka has a lot of shops that chicks seem to dig. If you're a believer, The Passion Play is worth going to see in Eureka. Also a pretty cool big cat rescue park/zoo in Eureka. You can get right up close to Lions, Tigers, Bears, Mountain Lions, Panthers, etc. most have been rescued because they were once pets, or because they had an illness and their zoo couldn't take care of them. We usually go to the island once a year at some point.

I've stayed in this complex before. These are just off the lake, most having lake views and about 1/2 mile from boat ramp if you're bringing a boat. This condo community also has a swimming pool.
