Not nearly as intense as insanity, but some of those cardio workouts will still nearly kill you. I prefer the balance of it so far to insanity though.
I am probably gonna go back to the original P90X after I finish X3, but insert some of the X3 workouts for the P90X workouts. Ain't nobody got time to do an hour plus of yoga.

Dear God no. I ran track in HS and ran the quarter. I hated the work outs for it and would have traded that feeling after a 10x400 workout at the peak of my physique for what I felt after the first insanity workout.
