Thanks for the info. I knew it was a bit intense. I may have to see about lower impact workouts due to my past disc issues. If anyone has any recommendations I would appreciate it.

Might try T25 and 90x 3 by beach body as well. I'll swear by p90x and insanity.

t25 is a good 25 minute work out without the murder on your body and I imaging the 30 min p90x will be similar.

If you have access to an indoor pool, swimming is one of the best exercises you can do for injuries like that.
