LMAO at some Bama fans blaming the O-line...

Its amazing how AJ looks when he doesn't have all day to throw.I wish every QB had the luxury of an O-line that can pass block forever, and have RB's averaging 6-7 yds a carry.
You guys act like no QB ever has to deal with pressure, blitzes, and subpar O-line play. 2nd in the heisman? What a joke. Even Case "Video Tape" McCoy had a better outing against OU.

OU's QB had pressure all night.
Just to add on to your point.

exactly. when that O-line falls apart, Aj isn't any better than Jordan Jefferson

More like the knowledge that the line will NEVER be called for holding.
It's amazing to see when non SEC refs are involved what can happen.

Bad news for everyone else I guess. Alabama has been winning for the past three years even with a shitty QB. Surely the next guy will be able to accomplish the same even if he sucks too.

Congrats, you're the first Aggie not to dickride Bama.

The OLine didn't do him any favors, but McCarron looked lost for large portions of the game.

The O-line wasn't good but by the start of the 2nd quarter McCarron had definitely developed happy feet and was making poor throws even when he had good protection.

It's amazing how much offensive holding slows the pass rush. When they can't hold without being called out, then AJ doesn't have time to throw the ball. I think the blame really goes to the refs or to the REC for not paying off the refs.

I really think AJ's problem was that he got rattled and if option #1 wasn't open, he was looking to bail.
Props to the OU D.

AJ threw for 300+...
obviously he wasn't the issue.

AJ is not nearly as good as Bama fans made him out to be.
But his Oline was shite, and certainly makes it tougher on a guy who was having a bad night. It seemed like OU showed up ready to fight and Bama showed up ready to be handed a victory.

McCarron didn't have his best game but he was being fed to the blind side DE all. Damn. Night.
He got away from it a lot, too but seriously, that tackle is severely overrated and AJ was getting let down the most by him.

Frick Bama but c'mon this is trolling. AJ was a heck of a college QB. Sure he had great players around but the kid can flat out play.

You mean just like 99% of all other QBs when they're literally getting sacked 7 times?
You did watch the game and see AJ display excellent ability to dodge sacks, right? He should have been sacked twice as many times, but he managed to slip away.
That was all on the OL and I honestly am not sure I want any of them back next year after they ruined AJ's moment.

300 yards in one half is pretty sick.
