Agree or disagree?
That's a bold statement to make.

FIFY. Won't know until after many years of play in the NFL, or just a few if he drops out.

You can make good argument either way.
I like Jay Barker more than most as a QB. So I'll say he's top 3.

Really?
He's obviously referring to his career at Alabama. It doesn't matter what he does in the future.

Not sure he's the best of all time but I think he's the best NFL caliber QB in the draft. Seems like a great kid that's smart and has all the tools to be successful at the next level.

Why do you count NFL? That has nothing to do with Alabama in this comparison.

What will his NFL career have to do with his alabama career?
If he wins a super bowl will that tack another national title onto his alabama resume?

Based off what he accomplished in college he is.

As far as career at Alabama is concerned, Finebaum is 100% correct.

Not the best talent-wise, but the wins make him one of the best leaders.

Namath and Stabler = Super Bowl Champs
McCarron is a winner, but let's wait to see how things go in the NFL. He is certainly one of Bama's best.

AJ is light years above Barker.
If you put AJ at the top because of his wins, you have to consider Pat Trammel. If it's how they looked and performed to the naked eye, I would put him behind Namath and Stabler.
He is sort of like our 2009 team - you could make a case for greatest team ever based on resume, but I don't know anyone who believes it is the best ever.
