I've been trying to think of sign ideas. "University of Noted or Notorious Cheaters" has been the best I could do.
Something about Sepp Blatter and FIFA could be better if that story is stilling getting air time in September

You could do something with Ruxon from The League
"Forever UNClean" with the UNC part in baby blue and maybe Butch Jones and Roy Williams standing behind him holding diplomas.
