The problem is when you spend generations calling other schools out for cheating you go into massive denial when you do it on an even greater level.

Hawkins, 32, faces two charges of trying to get former Tar Heels defensive end Robert Quinn to sign with him in 2010 and initiating contact with former UNC defensive back Jabari Parker in 2013.
Both of these acts violate North Carolina's law that bars people from illegally luring collegiate athletes into contracts. North Carolina is one of 43 states with a sports agent law.
According to court documents, Hawkins is accused of giving Quinn $13,700 in cash and helping him sell game-used equipment for $1,700. Hawkins approached Parker via Instagram before he was a registered agent. Hawkins also is accused of intentionally failing to register as an athlete agent.
Hawkins was arrested Monday and was being held on a $500,000 bond Tuesday. Hawkins is the latest arrest in the ongoing probe into illegal benefits obtained by University of North Carolina athletes.
