If he has another big time bowl performance there is no need for him to participate. A lot of QB's don't participate in the senior bowl every year. Why is this newsworthy?
Why risk hurting your draft stock by throwing to a bunch of WR's you have never met? It is why so many QB's just throw at their pro days.
