There's one thread over there that says Spurrier's comments weren't a jab. Fact is, and Spurrier knows this better than anyone, it was for recruiting.
Needling Dabo and the Tater Gang sure is fun for SOS I imagine, but when the head coach of the best team in the state for 5 STRAIGHT YEARS talks about beating their rival after a big bowl game after the only game on national network television today, it gets in those Clemson recruits heads.
