BTW if you watch the video without reading the terribly biased article..it's pretty obvious Phil is being funny. He isn't suggesting that men be pedophiles.

I've voted Republican in every election, national, state, and local, since I was able (2004), and still think Phil's verbage of his " opinions" are beyond retarded. Learn some frikkin tact.
