I like how the article tries to put down Mizzou and A&M as not really Big 12 contenders. The truth is OU and Texas are not doing well, and when those two don't do well the Big 12 does not do well.
The rise of Baylor and OSU's success just highlight how much weaker the Big 12 is now then it was 2-3 years ago when Texas and OU were dominating everyone.

The Big XII will exist in its current configuration until the next major expansion of the four major conferences (ACC, B1G, SEC & PAC 12). There is no way the conference can survive with 10 members. Sooner or later Texas is going to take flight to one of those conference and that will be all she wrote..
