Something happened on his OV to Bama, he won't say what, but when LSU refused to pursue him after the decommit, and his friend Hampton renewing his to UM, Mom decided UM was best for him.
Eta: when I say "happened," nothing bad like a fight or anything. It's believed that he talked to a current player there and didn't like what he heard about how it really is there.
