What type of events do the SEC Brethren have on NSD?

So here at LSU, we have the annual "Bayou Bash" event every National Signing Day....The usual food, drinks, coaching staff, etc.- as the Nat'l Letters of Intent are sent in by the incoming recruits.
Just wondering how some of the other schools celebrate....

I don't think I would want to meet a lot of the people that follow recruiting closely in person.

We used to meet at the Blind Pig Tavern but I'm not sure what they do now.
