The fact that he is back speaks to me that his part in it was small and tangential, probably in the car not aware until after the fact, didn't report it, or something along those lines. Records are sealed we will never know, but both saban and the academic administration know the story and are letting him back

Knowing what I know about Saban, the AD, and the admin, this is what I feel to be the case.
I would rather the truth be known, as I do not enjoy seeing the University being viewed in a bad light.
