The answer to the OP is obviously Uga.

Costumed mascots are second-rate. Smokey is a trashy redneck dog. Reveille is too feminine. Bully wishes he was Uga. USCe just has a rooster, which is fine, but not the best. I will say that Mike the Tiger is very cool, but it would be even cooler if they had him chained up instead of in a cage.
