Their line (especially their ends) were regarded for their pass rush. There was huge questions about their ability to stop the run.

FSU has some big, scary MFers from the same areas that SEC likes to grab guys. They are as good a defense as Auburn will see, and even matches up better than Bama's, IMO.

I don't know if they will shut down AU, but they will score at will, IMO.

Talk about not paying attention, maybe you were watching Nashville when football was on.

Missouri #2 in the SEC in run defense and 14th in the nation with something like 119 yards or so per game

Until they met Auburn.

They fell to #8 in the SEC and #48 nationally after 1 freaking game.

But hey, drop the F bomb a couple of more times and just tell us we're not paying attention.

Oh wow, guess who replaced Missouri as the 14th best rush defense in the country after the championship games were finished... just guess...

Mr Miyagi must be smoking crack. I can't hardly debate here because half the posts are trolls but the facts are that the ACC-Atlantic conference is one peg above the AAC.

If you chart Auburn's opponents and FSU's opponents based on adjusted data for strength of schedule this is what you get:

Still on paper FSU is a better team, by a little. But by a tiny margin compared with any team FSU played this year.

I meant that there were questions about them stopping AU's run via the spread (granted, that's the question that posed about every AU opponent). Their DEs are known more for their pass rushing skills, but there were questions about how they (in a position that is critical to stopping AU's rush attack) would perform vs AU.

You haven't paid any fricking attention to FSU, know jack fricking shite about your opponent.

All you see is "ACC", and this is fricking foolish.
