Alabama is a great program, with very rich tradition. A tradition that lived long before Saban got to Bama. I think that is what you guys have in your corner. If Saban left, it would sting a bit, no doubt. However, I think you guys know that Bama is a powerhouse, and have a history of hiring great coaches. Nick Saban isn't Alabama, contrary to what many think. JMO.

I agree...Alabama will always be Alabama. Saban leaving would hurt but I think the sun rises the next morning anyway.

I really don't think he's leaving.

Having said that, if he does, I won't lose a minutes sleep. He's been a great ambassador for Bama, done everything he's promised he'd do for the school and will have left them on top. Bama's been there before, is there now and will be there again in the future. The program is bigger than any one man. And now, having said that. He'll retire here.
