Maybe so. The Big XII has taken a major downgrade with the losses of A&M, Mizzou, Nebraska and to a lesser extent, Colorado. It's a very weak league overall. They really need to add 2 teams but will not be able to add quality teams that will improve the competitiveness of their league. With OU and Texas down, they're arguably the 5th best conference in terms of quality.

I would like to see more SEC/Pac 12 bowl match-ups, personally.
