he seemed to have been pretty confident though. I dunno, I'm trying to purge myself of the ability to give a damn anymore.

This. For whatever reason everything he says is always treated like the word of God. He has been wrong a lot in recent years. He was big on the "Auburn is going to get hammered" train during the whole Cam thing.
