I will drop the subject and back away from the keyboard.
I've put myself in a negative mood by discussing this.
It just irks me how some people seem to turn a blind eye to certain negatives.
I understand that the 4-5 record versus ranked teams in November is overshadowed by the rest of Alabama's accomplishments, but should it be overlooked?

What is our record in December and January since 2009?

Nothing is overshadowed but what amazes me is how some fans turn a blind eye to everything this program has accomplished in the last 5 years.
Simple facts UA has controlled its own destiny. If we were not undefeated up to the point of those games in November we had no shot of still getting there. What some fans seem to forget is that UA continues since 2008 only to drop games to nationally ranked teams. Lets look at other programs that do not beat the teams they should beat each year, but UA has since 2008. So what we play a ranked team like ourselves and we drop a game here or there.
If you are so worried about November stop watching that month. I for one am ecstatic that UA in November is in line to win a NC every year. I am not one of these fans that gets so excited about preseason rankings. To me it is where you are in November that matters and we are now every year. So what we drop a game we are mortal. Any fan that thinks a program can go undefeated every year even with a coach like Saban is foolish.

Hell yeah they should be overlooked. If that was the only stat to go by then I could see a problem but 3 out of 4, 2 SEC, 3 SEC West, 5 out of 6 bowl wins, 4 out of 6 BCS Bowl games, undefeated in BCS Championship games, and 5 #1 recruiting classes in a row make that record seem unimportant to me. Sorry.
