Another thing to consider. Most coaches have big egos, and love to compete. The SEC West is one if the best divisions in all of sports. Leaving, no matter to what school, would be a step down in competition. UTx, USC, etc can't offer that. Who wants to play @ Kansas, Texas Tech, Baylor, etc every week?

A coach who wants an easier path in an easier conference to the BCS NCG all the while making Millions upon Millions more than his previous job?
