What's the stipulation on the East going to the Cotton instead of the West? Also, if USC loses to Clemson, Mizzou beats A&M, but loses in the SECCG, should we get the Cap One?

Last SEC East team to go to the Cotton Bowl was Tennessee in the 2004-2005 season.
