When that 2010 USCe team was good they were a good bit better than anyone in the east this year. They needed the good Garcia to show up.

So in 2010 they were "good" 9 times - and "not good" 5 times. (And the East is down this year??)
Or are saying the only way SC ever wins the East is in a down year?
