Hey - it did not work out.

But those that were of age to recall. Bama did everything to block it from happening. Bama loved Fran and wanted him to stay....Bad.

What happened later is irrelevant to the fact that Texas A&M stole Bama's coach.

Just a reminder as you analyze the pros and cons of A&M's position in the coaching ranks.

If I were some of you I'd hope Sumlin stays. A&M is rich bitch.

You know how I know this isn't true? Because he went to A&M

Sumlin would be smart to get as much value as he can because Johnny and Mikey are gone

and frick you all. I am damn near the only one on the board that brings up a thread where people like to think and discuss the incident.

I love the responses on the Rant. Represents the intelligence of the population.

My favorite is the "Aggies" - on this board. As everyone discusses how can A&M compete with USC - I post a very relevant post and while I expect the excrement of the rant to stalk me as always and derail the thread. The "Aggies" to as well.

They are not Aggies. Any A&M alum would agree with this thread as evidence of Sumlin's likelihood to stay at A&M and A&M's Oil Money able to come get whoever we want.

But no. They have their assigned school and to what you do on here.

It is pretty cool actually. Freaking maniacs. I love maniacs.

Did we even really know he was going? Didn't we just wake up one morning and see him in College Station? I don't even think he told anyone "bye".

So basically you're saying, Saban to A&M. Got it.
