Where is this confidence in LSU coming from? You saw them lose to Ole Miss, right?

This, Ole Miss gives up a whooping 3 fewer PPG than we do but score 17 less.

If Bo fricking Wallace can beat LSU, JFF certainly can.

Bo Wallace played out of his mind against LSU. Manziel's better, of course, but that doesn't mean he'll have a better game than Bo did.

The real difference was defensive, though. OM beat LSU in the secondary and, of course, intercepting Mett three times. If TAMU is to beat LSU, they're going to have to get some significant stops, which isn't going to be easy. Mett has a good arm, the LSU WR's are among the best in the conference, and, of course, Hill is going to be a threat.

(One other aspect that bears discussion is how OM's running game opened things up for the passing game. Can TAMU exploit that as well as OM did?)
