last time i checked FSU is #2, not Oregon.... i dont see how Oregon could play bama in the NC if they arnt number 2

The BCS gurus have been saying that if both teams win out, Oregon would surpass FSU by a wide margin by the end of the year.

If Oregon wins out, they'll almost certainly claim the #2 spot at the end of the season. FSU's schedule is very weak from here on out. The odds of FSU staying number 2 in that scenario are widely considered very low.

If Oregon were to comeback and win this game, they would jump FSU and would stay there unless they lost.

Oregon has more ranked teams left on their schedule and the computers would jump them over FSU.
