He always shows up 5 min late, and then starts laughing like its funny. He is always on his phone even though the teacher has made it clear that she hates cellphones being out in class. Plus its almost like he tries to be a class clown and get people to laugh at him acting stupid. He may be a cool guy, but he has just given me some bad vibes in that class.
