Do you consider Dallas, San Antonio, and Austin big cities?

I can confirm from my own eyes all three have it on TWC.

I doubt there are any TWC markets that don't have access to it now. It may be on sports packages out of state but there is no reason for TWC to not have it all over Texas.

on top of that, you will do nothing but reinforce those with negative views by giving them ample info to dump on us with.

It's call "OWNING IT".

They WANT to hold the negative view. They WANT us to be influenced by their negative comments. If we OWN IT, they have NOTHING but what they have already been spewing.

We're scared of the sips. Okay. Fine. We're scared. They bad. We skeer'd.

If anybody actually believes it, there is not one thing we can do to change that opinion. Why not show them how ridiculous their statements are by accepting them and still not changing our position.

If we're scared...pussies....chickenshit. So be it.

Still not gonna play them.

Didn't realize it was on in Dallas. Either way, it is a small, irrelevant network and it always will be. It was a terrible idea with an even worse execution.

If it was so irrelevant it wouldn't be gaining any traction which it clearly is.

Ok buddy, I guess the hunting channel is also extremely relevant? Nothing niche about a single-school network with a small, regional distribution.

you arent owning it

you are acting unhinged, feeding the trolls, and scaring off people who would like to have legitimate discussion.

Sorry for not caring for your tactics but it comes off as partisan cable news ridiculousness.

I'll take false equivalency 101 for $100 Bob!

Don't be a goalpost mover broham.

You can't say "Neener, neener, it has no distribution!" and turn around and say "Well its irrelevant anyway!" when you find out its now on one of the largest cable providers in the nation.

The SEC wants A&M to play Texas so A&M loses its recruiting steam vs. Texas.

Gives Texas a we play an SEC team. Years they win they will sell that as the SEC stuff A&M sells is crap.

Plus they ran off any good teams in the league because they thought they could block A&M - they didn't. Then wanted to not play when they knew they would get routed.

So you leave an a-hole in the grave he dug. Their home schedule is a source of HUGE issue with Hornfans. Yes they will likely win big again in that 1 game conference. But many don't like that anyway because the fan Austin experience has nothing.

Do not let those arrogant assholes get A&M on the schedule because NOW they changed their mind. Its that simple.

Well if you don't mind looking like an ignorant hypocrite I guess it's fine.

Its either irrelevant with no distribution or it isnt.

You cant have it both ways.

Its slowly gaining traction. Do I like it? Not at all.

But it is worming its way into cable systems state and nationwide and thats just a fact.

You don't get it, obviously, which is why you are behaving like Aggies have for the last 40 years.

Accept it.

They want us to be painted as "scared." Accept it, but don't change.

Why did we fire Jackie? He was never found to have done anything wrong by the NCAA.

Why? Because we got labeled "cheaters" by the other jackasses in this state, and it shamed us into action that we should not have taken.

We should have said, "fine. We're cheaters. Still not gonna fire Jackie."

That's what owning it means.

Same with JFF. Fine, he got $500,000.00 for signing a bunch of shite. Still gonna play him.

Fine. U of H is a good replacement for A&M. We're still going to the SEC, bitches.

Fine. We're scared. Still not gonna play the longhorns and give them more exposure.

YOU are the one who needs to quit worrying about what others think and support doing what is best for A&M, not the opinions of A&M's critics.

I wish I could say what all I know but Jackie was nowhere near clean and we dumped him to avoid even more coming out.

and at you telling me I need to do what is best for A&M when all you are doing is reinforcing peoples opinions that we are crazed zealots.

Again, you aren't owning shite. You are acting like a jilted caffeine infused teenager ranting about his ex GF on Facebook.

Since A&M is now in the SEC, they don't need Texas.

If Texas wants to play an SEC power, they should schedule LSU, Georgia, Florida, or Bama.

I am sure there are some who know things about the JFF scandal. Just because you know something doesn't mean shite. We already know the NCAA is not a fair organization, but they can't (and didn't) act on suspicion alone. Firing Jackie didn't prevent shite.

What exactly is your objective? We are crazy zealots.

Nothing I am saying on here is changing or reinforcing ANYTHING but the notion that Aggies have changed from the dependent little bitches we once were. No amount of ridicule should shake us from the strategy we are FINALLY employing, which is, do what is best for A&M, regardless of the criticism. I want no part of going backward as a program. The Lone Star Showdown is in the past. If it serves our best interest to revive it, so be it. We get to decide when we play again, if ever.

Longhorns dug the hole by refusing to play the Aggies. Aggies will only help the Longhorns by letting those bitches back on our schedule.

Screw the Longhorns. We start playing LSU for the season finale beginning next year and that will be a bigger game than anything the Longhorns will schedule.

The funny thing is Texas Fans always loved to say A&M is not their rival - that OU is.

This is another example of their arrogance. Believe me a coach gets more slack losing to OU the A&M. That tells who the rival is.

Texas started the whole breaking up the Big 12 by flirting with Pac 12. Well this represents a hole in the Big 12 boat. Texas again arrogantly felt everyone would wait to see what they did. Well Texas, teams think for themselves - at least the ones that can afford to.

So Neraska and Colo bail. No big deal.

Now A&M decides to flirt with SEC. Texas laughed, ESPN laughed, even parroting the little brother thing and talking about how irrelevant A&M was. ESPN is now in full panic about the 300 million they gave Texas so they go on attack. Baylor sues. ESPN says A&M's selfish more will start all the dominoes and ruin much of college football.

This is quite a reaction from some HUGE entities for an insignificant school like A&M. Odd.

How many schools were changing conferences? Tons. and A&M was 3rd out of the Big 12 - not first. Where was the outrage over Nebraska?

Answer = ESPN know how much they stood to loose now on Texas. So Suddenly little A&M is the only team that can't change conferences or we are bad guys? No other teams received this crap.

So the ultimate nightmare hits Texas. Jonathan Football / Sum / branding / WINNING.

So ESPN goes after JFF in off season more than was deserved to ensure he would not win another Heisman.

ESPN and Texas always portrayed A&M's exit as being scared of Big Bro and competition.

No A&M made a move anyone would do. A&M upgraded.

To say A&M left the Big 12 for any reason other than to upgrade and grow is like Saying Marky Mark should not have left the Funky Bunch.

So frick ESPN, frick Texas - they both want that game. They can go meet up with Herbie and Musburger and all Blow each other.

The game not happening for a very good reason in A&M's best interest. Bu - They can and will spin it again.

Texas and ESPN need that little irrelevant that wasn't even a rival to Texas 2 years ago.

Have fun tailgating in Austin you dipshits.
