Bottom line, and I'm totally good with it. We won't play Texas for the same reason we won't play UH anymore.

They chose not to play us and then tried to get all of the schools in tx to not play us.
They are the only ones that would benefit out of this now. So no thanks.

bottom line is aggies are over it as a collective group, so you can say what you want but right now we're moving on and there is no pressure on the AD to make this happen on our end. We gain nothing from playing them and they finally have a taste of their entitled and marginalizing attitude being returned to them. Let them have what they wanted, we already have everything that we need.

You do realize that A&M is likely going to DOUBLE the research budget of Texas U in the near future, right? We've already got a lead larger than the entire research budget of most of the rest of the BDF schools since anyone with a chance to do so got out.

Jesus, why are all the other Aggies so angry? I understand that to people outside of A&M this looks like weak sauce.
They don't know and haven't experienced it all, accept it and move on. If a little razzing is the cost to get rid of those stupid fricking saw em off stickers I'll happily accept that.
We'll play tu again, but hopefully by then the country won't identify us as the other school in Texas but the SEC school in Texas.
