Solutions

UF's OL actually performed pretty well on Saturday. I was completely shocked.

Overall I agree and the stats show it...we did gain a lot of passing/rushing yds compared to some of other adventures...Halapio missed an assignment and the result was a sack...Trenton also missed a block and these infractions are drive killers. We had WAY too many third and longs and Murphy just isn't a skilled drop back passer.

If anyone watches replay of the game there was an adjustment on offense which helped a lot. Murphy has been too quick to roll out left or right during a passing down and the results aren't pretty. I was screaming for Murphy to stay in the pocket (not that my screams did any good...lol)and in the second half he did just that the improved as a passer. He had tendency to bail the pocket when there is adequate protection....and trying to roll out and throw is much harder than dropping back.
Especially in the first half Murphy had passes that hit wrs feet and that is a sign of nerves.
