How many tickets does UK send to away teams?
I've searched and asked around with friends who work at UK and I could not find an answer to your question. Maybe someone else knows. I don't think it's a lot though for basketball.

Generally speaking 50
Usually the first row or 2 behind the opponent bench (16 seats per row) and some others elsewhere in the venue. The seats reserved behind the team are usually the big donors that travel with the team so good luck getting those seats. There is an extra row of seats (fold down individual seats, not fixed seats like the 4 rows behind) on the teams side of Rupp. On the other side the non fixed seats are more obviously on the court. Setup looks like this :
single letter seats start here
Row DD (fixed seats)
Row CC (fixed seats)
Row BB (fixed seats)
Row AA (fixed seats)
Row FL (temporary seats)
Team bench

I think the SEC used to have the 50 seat minimum for both men and women games as you could see the same when opponents played in Knoxville against Pat. Visiting teams would have the seats behind the bench and a block of seats behind the basket closest to their bench. Everybody else was SOL and stuck in the rafters.
