Gamblers still don't respect Auburn

FIFY.

Truth is the guys that love action bet big against AU every week.
LAST YEAR THIS MADE MONEY.

THIS YEAR They have lost some money.

I do not gamble. It is a good way to lose money.

The lines are set to get action on both sides. Sometimes emotion gets involved wth gamblers. They pick a team to go against, then rationalize why.

Vegas has disrespected them because the lines are too short.

I'm a gambler and I'm 3-0 betting on Auburn this so year, so idk

Yes. Lines aren't set to predict a game outcome, they are set to encourage equal betting from both sides.

This. Vegas really doesn't give a shite who wins, they just want equal money more or less bet on each side. They try to set the spread where they think they can get that equilibrium, which results in a larger amount being bet by bettors.

They do have to have some knowledge to get the initial line close, then adjust it as the money coming in dictates.
