they are not scammers. they are no different than used car salesmen. Buy tickets cheaply that people don't want to go through the trouble selling, then selling tickets to wanting customers.
of course, I don't hold a high opinion of used car salesmen anyway.

Yeah they aren't scammers, they're just running a business. Attempting to buy low and sell high, that's all.
If you're looking for a good deal you obviously need to avoid them, as to them it's a business.
Buy/sell your tickets to actual fans interested in the game and you cut out the middle man and save a few bucks.
