Entering and leaving LA is hell. Once you get out of the city it isn't too bad, but inside the city itself is hell to get around

Worst traffic that I've ever been in is on the D.C. Beltway during rush hour. Hell on Earth.
Atlanta traffic is gridlocked during rush hour too... and rush hour runs from 3:30 to 6:30.
