Yeah but Stoops and Strong went somewhere different, they didn't replace Spurrier or Meyer at Florida.
And having been pledge sisters with the Bryant Jr.'s youngest daughter and having been around the man a bit, I would be very surprised that he would say anything to "ruffle Saban's feathers".
Some of the other Good Ole Money Bubbas? Could totally see it, but not Bryant Jr. - that's just not how he is in regards to the football program.
And count me as one who thinks Saban would never want to be AD.
