The injury excuse is perfectly acceptable, and was last year too. What wasn't acceptable was coming into the conference with a cocky attitude and calling a team out like sheldon did. Then to get curb stomped. We haven't played each other healthy yet, but our players kept their mouths shut.

mizzou is exposed… more losses coming your way. Gurley is back. Beautiful day.

Yeah, one mouthy player = everyone having an attitude, get fricking real. Sheldon got muzzled after he made those comments last season-it's not like he or the rest of the kids were encouraged to trash talk the opponents or the conference last year.

And how did we get exposed? You said injury excuses are valid. We just played a good team to an overtime loss without our best offensive and defensive players, with a freshman QB with very little experience running the offense. But I ain't using it for an excuse, just to point out your own hypocrisy. I already started a thread congratulating SC on their win, sans any excuses.
