Agree. Saban maintains a full roster to reload with every season regardless. Meanwhile we are routinely down 10 or more scholarship players and are rebuilding instead of reloading.

Agree with it being coaching, but I don't agree with it being Saban is better at it. Saban is using the rules better. Over the last 5 years Saban has brought in 25 more players than Richt has which is a big advantage. When a player that Saban recruited isn't living up to expectations he finds a reason to get rid of him, Richt won't do that. Also look at how many extra coaches Alabama has that they simply call analysts. Saban is stretching and breaking every single rule in the book, if you think that makes him a better coach fine, I just think it makes him better at using the rules to his advantage. Sorry for the rant.
