I like the end when he says Grantham has "no more excuses". I read this at work and I was like this sums up a lot of what I've been feeling for a few years.

Agree. Saban maintains a full roster to reload with every season regardless. Meanwhile we are routinely down 10 or more scholarship players and are rebuilding instead of reloading.
