I think if Richt got rid of Grantham it would be a start. While I believe it is inevitable that Richt will one day be on the super hot seat, its not gonna be in the next few years, we all know this.
A step in the right direction, in the meantime, would be to make a home-run DC hire. Now that some other DC's have seen what we are willing to shell out(almost a million bucks) maybe this time we can make some panties moist to grab somebody great.
I honestly see Richt retiring from UGA in the next 5 years. I really do, but I see no way UGA fires him..he would have to have a season like AU had last year, and as you have stated, we get 8 free wins a year.
