I dont really understand the argument that with change comes the chance that youll risk decline. "You might end up becoming Tennessee!" Well yeah. You might end up becoming Alabama too. Pulled out of mediocrity by a coach with a tireless competitive nature that uses all the resources at his disposal and has us in the top 3 recruiting every year. Dont tell me its not possible because it is

Not at UGA because UGA fans and Alumni are happy being mediocre.....Alabama fans ARE NOT...and that is the difference between the two programs....

We win 10 games a year because we don't play anyone in a 12 game regular season schedule. We play two rent-a-wins every year, GT, Vandy, and UK. That should mean 5 wins a year. Then every so often we get Mississippi State, Arkansas and Ole Miss, all teams that we should beat 80% of the time (and do). UT and Auburn, regulars on our schedule, have been down as bad as they ever have been the last couple of seasons. USC, Florida and LSU are all teams that aren't anywhere as good as they are touted to be every pre-season (we are in this same category) and now Missouri comes in and if we don't beat them at least 90% of the time over the next few years something is seriously wrong....we should never lose more than 8 games in a season with the weak assed schedule we play. a 7 wins season most likely means that we have lost to the likes of UK, Vandy. MSU, Ole Miss or GT.....so the 9 and 10 wins a season is not so impressive when taken in content...and then you have to consider that 1 of those 9 or 10 wins is usually against the 6th place Big 10 or ACC team and the luster loses something pretty fast....
